How was Kobrelms founded?

Kobrelms was born after a decades long search by its owner - who, throughout college into recent years, struggled to find cost-effective sports performance apparel that could withstand adverse winter weather conditions, without compromising quality.

The birth of our company solves that dilemma - not just for our founder, but for you, too. Welcome to the Kobrelms family.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally!

We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. For those cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, please ensure that the billing and shipping address match.

You will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details. Transit time to your country is usually 3-5 days, but it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your package depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.

While we do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped internationally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.

If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by Kobrelms will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to Kobrelms.

Kobrelms strives to offer you high quality premium clothing at reasonable prices. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing for any reason.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or for an exchange. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on broken or cracked wood or resin items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

What happens after I place my order?

Your order will be shipped and you will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details. Transit time to most countries is usually 3-5 working days.

 

What is your return policy?

Any brand new product can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with original tags.

Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. Please include the original invoice with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. 

RETURN BY MAIL

Please visit our online returns page to print your return label. Once your package is labeled, feel free to drop it off at any UPS Drop Off Location within the applicable returns window for that product.

  1. Log in to your account OR sign in as a guest by entering your order number and shipping zip code.
  2. Select the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them.
  3. Include the return detail slip for the items you are returning in the box. (Please do not place multiple orders in the same box) 
  4. Attach a shipping label to the box and cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.
  5. Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location.

We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.adidas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

When will I get my refund?

We will reimburse you from the day we receive the confirmation that you handed over your return parcel to the carrier. When we receive the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirmation. Payment will process to your account in 3-5 days upon receipt of that email. 

From the moment we authorize the refund, your bank still needs to process it. The amount of time this takes to process the refund differs between banks and payment methods.

You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s). 

Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund will be automatically issued to the original card. In addition, some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to credit you if a return takes place. If you decide to utilize a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase.

 

What should I do if I haven't received my refund yet?

We will reimburse you from the day we receive the confirmation that you handed over your return parcel to the carrier.

It takes 1 - 2 days to transfer the refund to your payment account. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. You will be notified via email when we’ve processed the returned product(s) and you will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s). 

If it’s been 5 working days or longer since you’ve received the notification and you still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us by emailing kobrelms.sales@gmail.com.

 

What happens if a package is not delivered?

If a package is returned to Kobrelms as ‘un-deliverable’ or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay $20 to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by Kobrelms will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to Kobrelms.

 

What can I do about an Kobrelms product I bought that is defective?

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Kobrelms product, please contact kobrelms.sales@gmail.com. There, your claim will be discussed competently with you and, if the claim is justified, the purchased item will be replaced. It is our aim to help you in a fast and uncomplicated way if you have a justified claim.
